How service and tire requests are handled
Requests are stored as private customer-request records in WordPress and emailed to the shop for follow-up. Records can include your submitted details, contact-consent date and version, and notification-delivery status. Short-lived pseudonymous values help prevent repeated or duplicate submissions.
Submitting a request allows Auto Kingdom to contact you about that request. It does not confirm an appointment, tire fitment, inventory availability or price. If you choose text message, we may send transactional messages about your request; message and data rates may apply. This is not authorization for unrelated promotional or recurring marketing messages. You may ask us to stop texting at any time.
Cookies, analytics and your choices
Necessary technologies support the website, security and remembered privacy choices. Optional statistics cookies help us understand visits and improve the website. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager with Site Kit by Google. Analytics may receive page, referrer, browser, device, approximate-location and interaction information. It is designed not to send the contents of request fields to Analytics. Email and sensitive URL-parameter redaction provide additional protection.

Depending on the tag configuration, Google may receive limited cookieless signals for measurement without storing Analytics cookies. Your cookie choice is separate from the contact authorization on our forms: rejecting optional cookies does not prevent a service or tire request, and submitting a request does not grant optional cookie consent.
This website does not currently use Google Ads or Meta Pixel for advertising personalization. If our services or purposes change, we will update these disclosures and consent choices.
Security and form verification
Our forms use WordPress security tokens, rate limiting, anti-spam checks and Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile processes browser, device, network and interaction signals to help distinguish legitimate requests from abuse. Server-side Turnstile verification sends its verification token, not your vehicle or contact form fields, to Cloudflare.
Providers and sharing
Providers supporting hosting, website maintenance, email delivery, security, analytics and consent management may process information to provide those services. These include Google for optional Analytics and embedded Maps, Cloudflare for Turnstile, and our hosting and email providers. The site’s main fonts are hosted locally. Embedded Google Maps is blocked until you allow External content in Cookie settings. Read Google’s Privacy Policy for its practices.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, investigate abuse, resolve disputes or protect people, rights and property. We do not sell or rent information submitted through service or tire request forms or use those request details for unrelated advertising.

Retention and security
We retain customer-request records as reasonably needed for follow-up, service, appropriate business records, disputes, security and legal obligations. Google Analytics user-level and event-level retention is configured for 14 months; aggregated reports and provider records may follow different retention settings. Cookie lifetimes are separate from Analytics data retention.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
