Can I receive a final estimate online?
No. Vehicle configuration, diagnosis, labor, parts, fluids, taxes, and fees can change the total. The shop confirms scope and price directly before work is authorized.
How does the Tire Finder work?
Send the vehicle year, make, model, and trim, or the size printed on the tire sidewall. A technician verifies fitment, supplier availability, and current pricing before recommending an option.
Does Auto Kingdom work on all makes and models?
Service is available for all makes and models. Share the vehicle details and concern so the shop can confirm the specific request.
Repairs, safety, and follow-up
How findings, warranty questions, response timing, and urgent vehicle concerns are handled.
What does a diagnostic code mean?
A code identifies a monitored condition; it does not automatically prove which part failed. Testing may include scan data, electrical checks, leak or pressure tests, and mechanical verification.
What warranty applies?
Warranty terms can vary by repair and part. Ask for the written terms that apply to the specific estimate.
How quickly will the shop respond?
An online request is stored for the shop and sent to its configured mailbox. Response timing depends on business hours and workload; call if the concern is urgent.
What should I do with an unsafe or overheating vehicle?
Stop in a safe place and avoid continued driving when doing so could increase risk or damage.
